Where are your products made?
Every Pache piece is handmade in our family workshop in Ukraine. We don’t outsource production - each item goes through our own hands.
In the future, we plan to open a workshop in the U.S. as well, but only when we figure out how to stay personally involved in every step.
How long does production and delivery take?
We craft each item after it’s ordered. It usually takes 1-2 business days, but we ask for up to 5 business days just in case.
Shipping is done via international postal services from Ukraine.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA & Canada: 9-21 days (95% arrive in 9–14 days)
- Europe & UK: 7-21 days (98% arrive in 9-14 days)
- Other countries: depends on the region
Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number.
Please note: while delays are rare, we cannot be held responsible for potential disruptions on the part of the shipping provider.
Is shipping free on all orders?
Yes. No minimums, no fine print. Free international shipping on everything - even when it’s not in our favor. It’s part of how we do things (for now!).
Can I request custom changes to an item?
We’re happy to consider small adjustments like color options or personalization. Please reach out before placing your order to see what’s possible: contact us.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Sure thing. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. See the full policy here.
Will I have to pay import duties?
Import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s rules and current customs policies.
For U.S. orders, applicable import charges are handled by us.
For Canada, qualifying goods of Ukrainian origin may be eligible for duty-free treatment under CUFTA, though GST/HST or other local charges may still apply.
For other destinations, local fees may still apply. We still recommend checking the rules in your country before ordering. If you’re unsure - we’re happy to help: contact us.
My order is a gift. Will it include an invoice?
We don’t include paper invoices inside the box - just let us know at checkout.
Some countries require the shipment’s value to be listed on the outer label - nothing we can change there, but we hope it won’t ruin the surprise!
How do I care for leather products?
Our leather may be soft pebbled or smooth structured, depending on the piece. For everyday care, gently wipe it with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid excess moisture and do not crush the item during storage, so it can keep its shape beautifully over time.
