Shipping policy

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days - typically 1-2 business days. Delivery with our free shipping option generally takes 7-21 days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

All orders are shipped from Ukraine via international postal services and local delivery partners in the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: usually 9-21 days.
  • Europe & United Kingdom: usually 7-21 days.
  • Australia and other countries: usually 10-21 days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Delivery may sometimes take longer due to customs processing, postal service delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Duties & Taxes

United States:
Orders shipped to the United States are shipped under DDP terms where applicable, which means import duties and taxes are covered by Pache unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. You should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

Canada:
Our products are handmade in Ukraine and may qualify for preferential duty treatment under the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement where origin requirements are met. Import GST/HST/PST and/or carrier handling fees may still apply according to Canadian regulations. If required, these charges are paid by the customer upon arrival.

European Union:
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or carrier handling fees upon arrival, depending on your country’s local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom:
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or carrier handling fees upon arrival, depending on current UK regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia:
Orders with a customs value of AUD 1,000 or less are generally not subject to customs duty at the border, although 10% GST may apply to low-value imported goods where required. For orders over AUD 1,000, duties, GST, and/or import processing charges may apply according to Australian regulations. If required, these charges are paid by the customer.

All other countries:
Local duties, taxes, and/or carrier handling fees may apply according to your country’s regulations. If required, these charges are paid by the customer upon arrival.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially while the package is moving between countries.

Delayed Packages

Delivery is handled by international postal services and local carriers, so occasional delays can happen. If your package seems delayed, please contact us at hello@pacheleather.com. We will help check the tracking information and, when possible, contact the postal service from our side.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pacheleather.com. We will review the situation, help investigate it with the carrier, and work with you to find a fair solution.

If an item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and send us clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. This helps us file a claim or investigate the issue properly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@pacheleather.com.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. If the package has already been shipped to the address provided at checkout, we may not be able to redirect it. Pache is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back, and we will guide you through the return process.
